This is our top priority. Our textile series features "High Shear Stability." It is formulated to withstand the intense turbulence of dyeing pumps without breaking the emulsion. For ultra-sensitive fabrics, we also offer **100% Silicone-Free (Fatty Alcohol)** alternatives to completely eliminate the risk of oil spots.
Q: Is it suitable for High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) Jet Dyeing Machines?
Yes. Our specialized Jet Dyeing Defoamers are designed to remain stable at temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) and under high shear forces. They prevent foam build-up inside the nozzle, ensuring smooth fabric circulation and preventing tangling.
Q: Can it be used in Pre-treatment processes (Scouring & Bleaching)?
Yes. Pre-treatment often involves strong alkalis (Caustic Soda) and detergents. We have grades with excellent **Alkali Resistance** that remain effective in high pH environments without precipitating or losing performance.
Q: Will the defoamer affect the dyeing shade or cause uneven dyeing?
No. Our products are formulated to be compatible with common anionic and non-ionic auxiliaries (leveling agents, dispersants). They disperse quickly and uniformly, ensuring they do not block dye penetration or cause "resist spots" on the fiber.
Q: Is the product free from APEO and compliant with Oeko-Tex standards?
