Technical Intake
Submit your target formulation parameters: active content target, binder system or process medium, regulatory requirements, and packaging specifications. Or send your competitor sample (200–500g) or foaming liquid for free lab analysis.
Formula Development & Sample
Our R&D laboratory develops or matches your target formulation and dispatches evaluation samples (100–500g) for your on-site process validation. Samples are free; international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) cost is covered by buyer.
Formula Confirmation
After your lab validation confirms performance, we finalize the formula, batch QC parameters, packaging specification, and regulatory documentation (TDS, SDS, REACH, Halal as required). NDA executed before any proprietary formula is shared.
Production & Delivery
Full-scale batch production with documented QC verification (viscosity, active content, pH, density). Shipment via standard international freight with full customs documentation. Freight cost refunded on first commercial order if sample freight was buyer-covered.

Q: Can you produce defoamers under my own brand name (private label)?
Yes. Private label manufacturing is a core service. We supply custom-branded packaging for all INVINO product lines — including fatty alcohol, polyether, silicone, and mineral oil grades. All private label batches are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality protocols with full QC documentation.
Q: How do you protect my formulation and business information?
We execute legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before processing any proprietary formula or client information. Your formulation composition, end-user identity, and market data are stored in isolated internal systems with restricted access. NDA is provided at no charge and can be signed before any technical disclosure.
Q: What is the MOQ for OEM defoamer manufacturing?
The minimum order quantity for custom OEM formulations starts at approximately 800–1,000 kg (one full industrial pallet). For standard INVINO product lines with private label packaging only, smaller initial orders may be discussed. Exact MOQ is confirmed during consultation based on raw material batch requirements and packaging format.
Part 2: Technical & Formula Customization
Q: I have a competitor sample. Can you match its performance?
Yes. Send 200–500g of the target competitor defoamer to our China laboratory. Our R&D engineers analyze the active component type, solid content, viscosity, pH, and key performance characteristics to develop an equivalent or improved INVINO formulation. This service is provided at no charge for serious OEM inquiries. We can also match mineral oil, silicone, and polyether competitor grades.
Q: Can you adjust active content concentration to meet my price target?
Yes. We formulate across the full active content range — from 10% active emulsions to 100% full-active polymer blends. Active content is adjusted based on your target price point and performance requirements. All formulations are stability-tested to ensure the adjusted concentration maintains performance across the specified shelf life.
Q: What packaging options do you offer for export?
Standard export packaging options: 25kg / 50kg Plastic Pails — For small batch and sample distribution. 200kg UN-Approved Drums — Standard global wholesale format, moisture-sealed. 1,000L IBC Totes — Optimal for large-volume logistics and bulk supply chains. Custom packaging and private label designs are available for all formats.
